After owning both cars, id say you would win.

 

You'd win hands down on the mountains, dunno about about the straights (probably still win).

 

It would come down to what you two had for breakfast. These cars are pretty much equal. Handling, power, weight, weight distrabution.

You must realize on power the RX is suppose to have like 160 at the crank and the S13 has 155. But the KA24DE has a good bit of torque. That was in new condition. Hard to say on two ten year old or older models.

I say it would be real close.
