S-AFC wiring question
I'm trying to understand the wiring diagram in the manual for the s-afc. When connecting the power, rpm, throttle and ground wires, am I just supposed to peel back the insulation on the ECU wires and wrap the S-AFC wires around the exposed ECU wires? Or do I actually have to cut the ECU wires? I'm assuming I leave the ECU wires in tact and connect the s-afc wires to the exposed ECU wires, but I want to make sure.

nevermind, I did a search and found the answer to my question. I do have another question to ask though, I am going to hook up my afc now, and tune it somewhere down the road, I just wanted to make sure that I can hook it up, set the sensor type and cylinder number and run on default without the afc altering how my car runs. My car runs exellent right now, so if the S-afc will make it run rough or differently then I will just wait to install it until I get my gauges and find a shop with a dyno.

If you leave all the settings zeroed out in the Super-AFC, the car will run like stock. fc3s.org has a good writeup with pics on the install - it's super easy.
Make SURE all your connections are good - you can't get away with just wrapping wires together and taping them up. Use the provided wire taps and the like.
