I doubt it's 14,000+ - I bet it's 1/10th that number that's actually active members.  The rest are multiple nicks or people who have come and gone.  You ever look at the members list?  Hint - click "Members" up at the top.  Look though the listings and see when was the last time all those people logged on...

No, you don't have too...
and also- what year is your TII?? Those NE points will only work with an S5.
If it as S4, those throttle points won't work. You need to set it to about LO 97 HI 99.
If you have an S4, that very well could be your problem, as you will be running off the HI throttle maps at very low throttle, (S4 TPS in only narrow range) and depending on how those are, they could make your car run poorly.
If your car is an S5, and you have a stock fuel system, you should be able to set the S-AFC to 0% and have it run as stock. A good number of people can't though.
I needed to reground my engine-firewall, and AFM and MAP sensor- then it was fine.
Check the voltage off your 02 sensor... you can hook the blue wire on the S-AFC to the 02 sensor wire at the ECU harness, then go to "sensor check" and watch your o2 snesor voltage (once wormed up for 2 minutes). If it's at like .95 or more, your engine is running way too rich, and is probabkly stuttering. If it's less that .8, too lean, especially for full throttle.
There is a thread out there that was about 5 mounths back on initial setting, that's 4 pages long!! Do a search with BuddyRX7's user name, the thread was called initial startup settings or something.
BTW- don't use other peoples settings- every car is different.
