s-afc for my t2?

i just got my t2 a couple days ago from one of my good friends.. they have about 30 rx's..

anywho, my motor is brand new with only 550 km's on it so far... taking it relatively easy for the breakin

im very knowledgeable in the way of having the right mixture for motors, and have taken a couple rotary motors apart, but still raise the question of:

my motor has a very large streetport, and once the motor is broken in, and i get tired of 7lbs, i want to run more boost. i was thinking of buying an s-afc, but would this only be worth it if i get bigger secondaries?

i dont want my motor to lean out, so should i definately get some bigger secondaries?

thanks,Dan

s-afc is not only worth it, but necessary if you're to run more boost. Definitely upgrade your fuel pump as well. Secondaries depends on how much HP you're over stock.

why not? and standalone's not an option for me. Might be for him. If you've got the money, sure why not.

from what i understand an safc is very tricky to use with rotary because of the secondaries. I think it is a good idea to set your horsepower goal and work from there. If u want over 300hp then go stand alone. If u want under then u can use stock ecu and safc possibly. I think with the street port u should go standalone

I've got one in my NA, and I've learned one thing as a result of screwing around with it: It's standalone time. The stock ECU was decent in it's day. I think. Maybe. You can do a lot better now, though.

not to thread jack here but: would geting a mild street port, alittle more boost, and 720cc injectors balance eachother out on the stock S5 ecu?
