s-afc 50% pedal shows 100% throttle?
Well I know this is probably just a disadvantage of the limited plunger type of TPS sensor we use but is there any way to get around this? When i push the pedal down half way the s-afc says 100%

If you wanted to, you could get the whole 89-91 t II throttle body, but that would probably not be worth the hassle. I have mine set at 99% for HI throttle, and I would probably set the low at around 75.

the serious 5 had two sensors, full and half or something along those lines, he's saying hook up the series 4 ecu on the half, and then hook up the S-AFC on the full range sensor, should solve your problem. I think that's what he meant anyway
