Do a search first before posting but to answer your question they won't fit without custom brackets and or mounts.

they will go in with custom mounting (like laserkei said) there was a guy selling an fc with the rx-8 seats in it and they looked great, im not sure if it was on this site or auto trader or maybe even ebay motors. if i come accross the pic i will post it.
