RX8 Front Cover Gasket
Hi all,
I'm putting together an engine using 6 port NA irons with the small front hole and a 12A front cover. I've read a few posts of people using the RX8 front cover gasket to eliminate the front cover o-ring, but I still can't figure out for sure whether this combo would work for my setup. In my head it seems like I'd have to make a spacer to fill the front cover groove, so that the metal gasket can crush properly, but some have said this isn't necessary.
Can you good folks put me out of my misery and tell me for definite whether this will work?
