I finally traded in my GXL and paid some extra cash and got myself a Turbo II Rx7, its the 10th Anniv edition, and its all and all a great car etc etc.... I have done a bit of work to it so far..

Currently I have had the leather reupholstered (beautiful), the interrior was refinished (painted newly excellent), New stereo System JVC khamelion deck, with a Changer.. I also had the car detailed (looks great).. New carpet

And thats it for now... The car has enough power for me for the momment (im new with sports cars)

But the one thing I have been wanting is a better exterrior look. Currently its the white colour (obviously) it looks ok, but I think its time for a paint job... What I want to know is if I should keep my car white (with a new paint job) or should I go another color??? Also what rims would look incredible on either white/black/red Rx7 Turbo II?? Any suggestions guys??

Im not sure about the current size of the rims but I am not gonna be getting a body kit in the future, probabaly just suspension mods and lower it, so Should I go for 17/18 inch rims ??? And what is the best rubber (wide) to get for these cars...

there is a thread a few down that discusses body kits and such for the FC. can't miss it...its like 14 pages long here is a cool page with lots of kits by different brands. http://www.rxecret7.com/index.html

i'd go with 17 inch rims. 18's are tight...but definately weigh more and are more expensive. but, if thats not an issue go for it i think bronze rims might look nice on a white T2 like bronze Volk TE-37's. or SE-37's

AE Turbo

Since it's a 10th Anniversary Edition, I think you should keep it white. Mazda only made 1500 AE's and they all came in bright white which is one of the things that makes it stand apart from other FC's. White is one of the better colors for FC's anyway.

As far as the wheels go, ya read my mind Erik. I'm going for some Bronze 18 inch Volk SE-37K's since I'm going to bring my car to some shows. For rims, what you get depends on how much you want to spend.:

I'm going to keep everything else on the outside stock since its an AE. I already have the Suspension Techniques springs on my car and 18 inch wheels will take up and slack left over.

17's cost less than 18's, but the FC's with nice 18's I've seen look better. Here's a thread with info on FC tire widths.

I think 17s are best on a FC
and keep it white, you have a lil treasure :-D
Just remember to try to keep anything you take out of the car for modifying so you can still have it original one day.
