Just installed a RB downpipe w/presilencer
I finally installed my racing beat cat replacement pipe with presilencer after about a week of trying to get my stock piping off. Well the hardest part was getting some bolts off of my stock piping, but after that, the whole thing was pretty easy. With a compresser, this should take no longer than 35 minutes.
First impressions, car is a bit louder than my setup before with just the Greddy PE. Unfortunately can smell the exhaust when sitting at a red light too long. I can feel a noticeable difference, RPM needle moves faster when accelerating. If I accelerate hard and shift, the popping noise now is louder than it was before. Car feels significantly faster, although it could be just psychological, it really does feel faster. So far feel that it is worth the extra noise and smell for more performance. Hope this helps anyone considering purchasing one.
