rx7 series 5 turbo help

hey everyone im looking at buying a new mazda rx7 series 5 and most of them are turbo now is it possible to ull it out and if it is wat needs to take its place same question for BOV to thaks

You want to pull the turbo out? Well if you did that you would want to replace it with.... you guessed it. ANOTHER TURBO!!! It would be absolutely ridiculous to up- i mean- downgrade to a N/A.

well in australia people under 25 cannot drive any turbo,v8 or supercharged vehicle
so is it possible to make it into a N/a

yes, remove the turbo, intercooler, and associated hardware. Put on an NA header and plumb it into the rest of your exhaust. Then use custom piping to plumb your AFM into the throttle body inlet. Pretty simple, really...far simpler to de-evolve a turbo car into an NA, than to install turbo parts onto an NA car.

Do not expect it to run 100% perfectly this way, though. The stock fuel maps are set up expecting the turbo to move more air than the engine would pull in on it's own...at low rpm this won't show up much, but in the higher rpm and higher load ranges it will tend to run richer and richer.

You may need to resort to removing some fuel, such as using smaller fuel injectors, or you could get an NA ecu from a series 5 as well as NA fuel injectors, in which case it should run just about the same as a normal NA.
