rx7 rehab help

Well here is my dilemma. My rx7 has been setting for several years and would like to bring it back up to running condition. The motor that's in it now is a street ported rebuild that was never totally broken in due to some tuning issues. My question is how to go about getting the motor to turn over manually? Should I lube the motor before? Any help would be awesome.

Thanks
Trent

Some atf in the plug holes let it sit, rotate the next day a bit, repeat until it turns over and sounds like it has compression. Be advised that if/when it starts its gonna smoke quite a bit from the atf

I believe you can just remove the spark plugs and pour some in there.
