alright so i have this kind of bumper in the attachment. what is circled is what i want to get rid off the bumper. The question is how would i remove it? and repair it after? i was thinking of shaving it then would bondo work or a fiberglass repair kit and still have it roundish? thanks

Cut it off with a cut off wheel.. Then if you want to round it, you will need some fiberglass cloth and resin, and some either fiberglass reinforced body filler , then a coat of body filler.

I trimmed some off my rear bumper yesterday, if you look at most of the kits, its like a parachute on the car.
