I have been trying to look for Noble White for my 89 GXL and cant find it anywhere. O reillys can make it for me but they were talking about some paint coat number that they need like 4, 5, 6. Something of that matter. The paint is for scratches and fixing my rust. I'd appreciate it if someone could give me some info on this. Thanks!

 

They are probably talking about variants. Even though its all the same paint color, there were a couple different shades right from the factory. I ran into the same issue when i re-painted a door handle. I eventually ended up taking the old handle down so they could find the closest match. I'd try taking it to a more specific auto body supply place. somewhere that specializes in paint.

 

i think the sherwin williams or some other paint site has details on all auto manufacturer paints. They even had infor on innocent blue mica.
