RX7 or 1st gen TSI?

I want to trade my 87 GXL for a first gen TSI awd, mine has 106k on it and the tsi has 129k and needs new clutch cables, does this sound like a fair deal?

Trade for the TSi, sell the TSi, and buy a TII with the profit you will make.

If the guy wants an N/A RX-7 over a turbo, all wheel drive DSM, I think that says something.

Depends on what you want to do. Personnally I like my TII better than I did my AWD DSM and it was alot faster. However, my RX7 is a turbo, personally I wouldn't drive an NA RX7 because its just not that much fun.

The DSM will be faster $ for $ than an RX7 turbo or NA. Plus you get to take advantage of having an awesome damn near indestructible engine in the 4g63. With some suspension work the AWD cars will handle very well. Downsides? An 11sec AWD car feels about as fast as a 13sec RWD car. Its a very uneventful ride, I personnaly enjoy driving my RX7 more, and since I am in the mood for a "fun" car latley I sold the TSi and went to the RX7. If I was building another "FAST" car, it would be a gutted, stroked, FWD Laser........but thats a whole nother thread

I will never, EVER own another DSM, myself.. I've had nothing but problems with mine, since I got it three years ago. As soon as the rx7 rebuild is complete, my 92 eclipse is going out on the market, and i'm not looking back...

High Mileage dsm=problems,do it if you have money, if not keep your rx-7. I had to replace alot on mine but it was worth it.
