If you're gonna tell someone to search, and even go the great length of providing a link, at least make sure it's a link with definitive information in it... I didn't see any questions answered in that thread...

I agree, i dont even want to know what mazda would want for a pair of rx8 seats. i got some red and black sparco seats in my 90 vert and they are Way sweeter (lighter and safer) then the rx8 seat, but i understand why you would want the rx8 seats, they are prety cool

why put any seats in? do you have friends that are 5 feet tall? there is NO head room or leg room back there.

Last I checked, the black leather ones were around $2k a piece from Mazda... The leather ones will be hard to fit though, because of all the power stuff on the base... Best bet would be to go with some of the base cloth seats... They are cheaper, hold better, are lighter, shorter, thinner, and still have the rotor cutout...

i think hes talking about the front seats, not the rears. yeah, the rotor cutouts are really cool, but for the money you could get sooo much more, imho.

Yeah some seats will not fit, and some will require work, and lots of it. If you are not mechanically inclined and on a low budget look for dimensions, do some measuring, and get proper seat rails.

I've seen RX-8 seats in the FB, but keep in mind the FB has a slightly wider floorpan...
