FL rx-7 won't start! HELP.

Well i have a 1991 Mazda rx-7 with a street ported 13b carberateur engine. The carb is an Edelbrock 850. It also has an Msd ignition. The problem is it won't start. One of the coils has power but the other doesn't, it's not getting the power to the spark plugs. Also the primary fuel source in the carb does not provide fuel. therefore i can't get an idle. The car cranks and started once, with popping, and then it shut off. Now it doesn't start at all. Any suggestions?

only one coil sends power till it starts 3 main reason for not firing is fuel spark and compression usually. popping can be related to flooding issues. if your not getting fuel threw the primary rail the car wont start . by the way , why the hell would you carb a 13b?oh check your fuel pump

you change your fuel pump and fuel pressure regulator to work with the carb setup?

the efi pump is way too much pressure for a carb.
