runs like **** ? please help

i have a 88 t2 with a fresh build with a aggressive street port with no emissions all plugs are plugged in to where they need to go for vacuum system it just pulsates like a big cam from 1000 to 1500 and sometimes misfires threw the exhaust and ive herd it once in the intake but the cas in i stabbed it in with everything lining up on the pully and the cas itself with the yellow line and the dot on the gear down below with the line and still runs like **** when i move the cas to the end both ways it makes no difference with the engine

o and anouther thing i have the o2 sensor there but not plugged in beacause i cant find the plug on the harness for the o2 ne help there

Bouncing idle is usually caused by a vacuum leak or bad/mis-adjusted TPS. The 02 sensor wire comes off of the harness near the primary injectors. The 02 sensor is not used at idle, so it's not going to be related.

The TPS may need to be adjusted.

i unplged my tps as it was causing all sorts of probs like this, plus ur idle should be a little higher with a ported engine i have a street port and i can get it to idle at around 1k but thats on a good day most times its good at 1200rpm. look for vac leaks, make sure all ur nipples are plug. back plugged in and taped in after the MAF. o2 will still do its job, i removed all emissions on my car and i still use the o2 it helps with milage LOts but not when the car is cold tho it dose nothing

The O2 sensor is used to change the amount of fuel injected during cruising. It allows the ECU to adjust for a 14.7 AFR, which will increase fuel economy.
