Arrow IT RUNS! ....But no oil pressure :( HELP

Ok I swapped in a S4 motor with S5 intake manifolds into my 90 GTU...I just got it mostly back together, but when I started it I get zero oil pressure I had to swap front covers and Im wondering if maybe I installed the oil pump drive gear in the wrong direction (even though it's an electric omp) and doesn't the timing depend on that gear being installed in the right direction as well which would not make it run? The sensor is plugged in, I added oil and still no oil pressure does anyone have an idea why Im not getting oil pressure? Also letting it run for about 10 second periods 3 times isn't going to ruin the motor with 0 oil pressure right?

I also looked at the oil injection lines and I don't think oil is being injected through there.....help

Im thinking maybe when I installed the front cover the o ring slipped out of place and that would cause bad oil pressure or that drive gear maybe I put it in backwards....but I don't think it'd run if that was the case.

Is your oil pressure sender on your engine hooked up? Not sure what you did to your car but you might have disconnected it?

anyone have a pic of the oil pressure sending unit in the engine bay?

Also why wouldn't I be getting oil flowing through the injection lines?

mine does that same, ever since I put in my rebuilt engine. The oil pressure guage doesnt move...well sometimes it does and when it does it goes all the way up.

Check the wiring and the oil pressure unit. Its that big mushroom looking thing by the spark plugs. There is suppose to be a wire that clips on to the end of it. A bad ground can also cause it to not move.

OMG! YOU OWN YOU'RE RIGHT I FORGOT TO HOOK IT UP! OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now does anyone know if there is supposed to be a steady stream of oil in the injection lines? If not then I successfully swapped a motor! YES!
