First off, what is your car exactly?

I'm going to guess you're driving an n/a, and "upgraded" to bigger injectors, even though the car runs a good bit rich even with stock injectors.

There's your problem. Swap the secondaries back to stock. That won't effect starting but will cure the richness above 3800 RPM.

Most "running rich" issues are simply due to a poor tune. When is the last time the car had a complete tuneup?

If the car has high mileage or has been sitting, it will benefit from a professional injector cleaning.

Also don't mess with any mixture screws unless you are sure they need adjustment (they almost never do).

HAHA I freakin' knew it.
Like Aaron said, swap back to stock secondaries.

the secondaries dont seem to be causing problems its running too rich on idle and before 3800 rpm so its affecting startup and take off it has new wires pluggs seals and i had the stock injectors cleaned and inspected o forgot to put ihave a 3rd gen fuel injector

So you are using 3rd gen secondaries? OK...

How do you know the car is running super rich?

When is the last time it has had a complete tuneup? Make sure to test the ECT sensor as per the instructions in the FSM.
