Running rich!

so my 90 n/a is running pretty rich, i have an aftermarket catback on it but nuthin else really dun wit it. how can i get it to run not so rich?? wud a better intake help? if i need a better intake wat shud i do??

im not sure but the same happened when i added a corksport catback......my solution..... APexi SafcII

Thats what I was gonna say was get a SafcII they will help alot, considering the n/a's run rich from the factory, what made you come to this conclusion?

You can also start by fixing what's broken. Do a full tuneup and replace the coolant temp and air temp sensor. Adjust your TPS. Get your injectors cleaned.

By the way, how do you know it's rich?

exactly, do you have a wideband in there? i'd start with what aaroncake said. how is your ignition, compression, etc?
