running on rear rotor only... help!
well guys i went to start my car last night after work so the car had sat about 8 hours and was cold when i started it. well, it ended up BARELY starting, and only running on one rotor (rear rotor)
i took out the spark plugs for the front rotor and they were caked with carbon so i figured they had just fouled out. so i got new spark plugs, put them in and same thing. we checked the spark plug wires and made sure there was spark running through them. there was.
so we plugged the wires back in expecting it to fire up, still nothing on the front rotor... we have spark, i THINK we have fuel, so i dont know what else could make just the front rotor not run. the car ran fine on the way to work.
i'm trying to get this car running for 3 or 4 more days because my turboII stuff will be here... please help!

Yeah dude, anytime you suspect a compression issue, you can quickly eliminate or confirm it. While you have the plugs out, crank it over while having a buddy (or vice versa) have his fingers right by those open plugholes. IT will be evident if there are any blown seals or not.

wow, two days before i get my turboII stuff. atleast its waited this long before it acted up.
i'm suspecting that i lost an apex seal when i started it cold yesterday. i'll post in here in an hour so after we do a compression check
