Running PreMix on Turbos? Safe ?

I am just wondering if s4 turbo owners premix and what the ratios are.. I have heard the premix will cut down the octane and preety much set you up for detonation. I do know the s4 omp's are prone to failure so I am just wondering out there. Thanks

don't have a turbo, took out OMP & went w/ premix at about 1/100 ratio, LOVE IT!!! could swear I gained just a smidgen of power, exhaust smells sweet, idles smoother now, starts easier, etc....

It's pretty safe, many people like to premix with Marvel Mistory Oil since 2-stroke oil well lower octane level. If your running stock boost you will be safe running 2 stroke oil.. many people running high boost like to premix with Marvel mistery Oil.

Hope that helps.

Most people, including myself primix with 100:1 ratio.

Who was the dumbass that told you that.

It's not the OMP - it's more the oil injectors die very easily; i.e. they fail the blow/suck test per FSM.
