Clogged radiator?
This happing at high speeds or just low speeds? Or just anytime you beat on it a bit? Does it cool off when you let it idle?
I'd first start by changing the fluid and checking to see if the radiator is clogged.
Also Arron Cake has a great write up on how to trouble shoot the cooling system.. search for it.

this is just anytime i beat on it a bit.... and yes once i go back to idle its cools right back down BUT! i think i might have found my problem... the pulley that connects the underdrive pully with the waterpump and the alt well it is SUPER loose im gonna go purchase a new one today for a smaller one and re tighten everything because at high rpms's i dont think the pulley is touching because all my lights dim out at high rpm =/ that could be it right?
