i was checking my air fuel ratio at school today and notice that at 4,500 im running lean, is there a way for me to richin up the mixture? also at idle im around 13.2, 13.5. perfect is 14.7 air fuel ratio but thats not bothering me at all.

 

If its a stock car no, you have an issue probably, check your fuel pump voltage and make sure you have a good filter on there and check your fuel pressure. It should be 14.7 only at cruise.
