Running lean under part throttle boost

If I'm in any of the higher gears, and give it just enough throttle to build boost, the car will run lean. Example - 5th gear on the highway, part throttle will give the car 5-6 pounds, and the AFR will be 14.0-14.2. I don't know how part throttle affects it, but I know that under WOT with that AFR I'd have a blown seal in no time.

Are these numbers fine? Is it going to lean pop it under part throttle? Is there something that I should check?

TPS is set 100% right, and under WOT, AFR's never wander higher than 12.3.

is it consistently lean or does it just have a lean spot when the secondary injectors come on?

It will stay lean under part throttle boost up until the secondary's come on. I forgot to mention that..... once the secondarys kick on it will richen up.
