running kind of rich

well,
i have a 1991 NA coupe w/ 140k miles... today we took it to get the clogged cats off and some pipe fabbed up to replace them. everything is fine and dandy, but its running a little rich now it seems. it smells like it is... i was wondering what i can do to lean it out if anything. i changed the spark plugs today b/c it was running like **** as the old ones were fouled out. but is there any small computer thing i can run or anything i can do to fix this if its the problem? i have the straight pipe fabbed up from the exhaust manifold to the Apexi N1 catback. i searched but found that it was more along the lines of turbo cars. thanks for your time and any input would be greatly appriciated.
