Rtek 2.0 Boost sensor error won't go away!

I have an Rtek 2.0 and cant get a boost sensor error to go away. When I view the boost level on my PDA it says that it's at 15.8 psi all the time. I've changed the boost sensor and the wiring harness but neither have resolved the problem. I'm guessing that 15.8 psi is the failsafe reading in case the ecu doesn't get a signal from the boost sensor, can anybody confirm this? My next guess is that the ECU may be the problem. Any other ideas? Please help me cuz I'm tired of my car stinking like unburned gas and getting 13 mpg.

I would say sensor or wire to from sensor to ECU.

On a side note. Other than this problem how do you like the 2.0?

Put a meter on pin 2B and take a reading with the engine idling and then again with the key on/engine off, and compare it with the FSM. Look in the Fuel section and Control Unit.

Perhaps you have a non turbo boost/pressure sensor on the car? And don't know it.

15.8 is the failsafe value. To get this, there has to be less than about
0.15v on pin 2B. I suspect you have an open circuit or the boost
sensor is not being powered. The sensor needs +12, +5 and ground, try
measuring these at the sensor (the FSM will have pinouts) as well
as the voltage at pin 2B. At least the errors a lot easier to read on the
Rtek than counting flashes on the code output!

Without a functioning boost sensor, the ECU wont cut fuel on decel.

No wonder my car backfires when I let off the gas!

Yeah, I'll check the power and ground to the boost sensor and the voltage on 2B. Thanks for the help.
