rtec 1.7 question
im sorry if this is a stupid question, but what exactly does the rtec 1.7 do? how much is it? and where can i get it. also do i have to change anything else if i get it?

i'd also like to know, lol. as far as what it does, i've heard it retards your timing, modifies the air/fuel ratio, and disables the fuel cut. not sure though, that's what i have heard.
