rough idle, odd boosting

my TII idles realy rought, about 650-750 rpm, and lopes like it has a cam. Also, somedays it will spool up slow, even when I romp on it and somedays it spools up real quick. I'm not sure what to search about or if it would even help. I have a manual boost controller, gutted cat, Blitz SS, and a cone filter suck on the AFM with new plus and fuel filter. I only run premium, and removed the air pump and the boost is set at 7 lbs. Any ideas anyone?

any other ideas? when the car works right, and the turbo spools quickly, I'll hit boost cut in second or third if the pedal is to the floor.

I may not know much, but my gf had a similar problem with hers and it was the TPS. She says it's easy to fix if it's that. I don't know for SURE that it would affect boost...but my best guess(coming from a dumbass piston head), is that if it's adjusted to low there isn't enough fuel and the computer might think it's running too lean and limit your boost...I have no idea how a rotary works A/F ratio's though. I would THINK it would still be dangerous to run lean...but yeah...just a 4 cylinder guy here, don't mind me.
