ON Rough idle and Bog...seemingly randomly?

Hi all, ive done some searching but cant seem to find my exact problem.
Sometimes when i turn my N/A FC on it runs for a few mins, then will seem to be misfiring almost and pours out smoke like a banshee, but then after 10-15 seconsds, the idle will smoothen out.

however its not all the time and sometimes will happen after the car is warm, any thoughts?

Side note: my voltages are sometimes screwy, goes from just under 12 to 15.5 and sometimes at 14. could this be an electrical issue? since its sporadic and seems to fix it self?

Thanks everyone and keep rotatin

Alright maybe i over explained it. After some reasearch i have a simple question.
If im having TPS issues, is it possible that it comes and goes? or is that something that is constant?

Not only on start. Engine was warm after driving. Was sitting in MCdicks drive thru and all of the sudden it started idling really rough and then after 10 seconds it evened out again.

Nope..i installed an E-fan I got from the wrecker though.. I'm just trying to figure out if it's a TPS problem.

today i was scooting around town, was fine the frist 30 mins of driving. got my windows tinted, then after i drove it again i was holding it steady at like 3k rpm on the highway and all of the sudden its like fuel cut and it started misfiring and running super rich and shooting flames.. so i let it idle for a while, and then it seemed to fix itself, happened 3 times withing 20 mins
