rough idle

Well I am having a problem with the Idle of my FC, and looking for some help.

It happens at random, the car with start to burn more gas, and spuder trying to die.
there is a drain of the electrical charge, droping to a little under 12v. Now i have change a long list of things, trying to track this problem. Its getting better, but I have not yet solved the puzzle.

the list of replacements and Mods. Mind that what i have done has made the problem less frequent, and in general not as harsh as when i first got the car.
but I am open to back tracking.

the car has a new fuel pump, and regulator.
the pulsation damper has been replaced with a banjo bolt.
It has a full emissions removal.
the throttle body has been striped of the cold start and all the other needless things.
the air box is removed, with a cone filter.

I will try to give you pics soon.

the car is an 86 gold GXL.
with cruse control, and all the goody's.
but I have removed the security system.

My thoughts are that the MAPS has gone bad or on its way.
Or the ECU its self is loosing its configurations,...

So if you could throw your two cents in I would be thank full.

I have given that a shot a lot. that is about how i narrowed it down to the MAPS.
It will spuder when you jiggle the MAPS connection but not all the time. I that is the problem,
I am not sure if its in the connection or the wires
