I really dont feel like tearing apart the brakes just yet because I have a broken wrist at the moment. I have been hitting the rotors daily for about a week with Penetrating oil and today tried to pull the FC with my truck. I did break loose one of the front wheels but the others are solid.
My truck pulled the FC for like 20 feet, I could have pulled her all day like that.
Ideas guys?

WD-40 does nothing.
PB Blaster is the ideal penetrating oil.
Try smacking the rotor with a hammer. Any play in the bearings will cause the rotor to lean slightly, which will break them free from the pads. This has always worked for me.

^Thank you sir!
I had been trying that ZEP **** and it didn't do anything. Im thinking about a 5 lug swap but cant find a write up anywhere
I though felixwankel did one but cant find it.

pretty much...
front hubs: remove caliper, remove brake disc, remove hub dust cap: remove cotter pin, remove nut > front hub comes off car
rear hubs: remove brake parts, un-stake hub nut and remove (youll need a breaker bar and something to keep the hub from spinning), remove upper, lower, and DDTS bolts... next youll need a 2 prong gear puller to push the splined axle out of the hub (thats what i needed to do anyways)
the rear was the most difficult part... i ended up ruining the ddts bushings cause the bolts were seized to the sleeve... used a torch to fry the rubber out... then the bolts came out nicely...
