To preface: I love the keys.. they are AWESOME!
I have a couple suggestions to make them even better!
*bathtubs - bathtubs in the rotors would make them even better!
*Tolerances - My 88-92 keys both have a little wiggle to them, not quite solid. Perhaps brazing them together would work? My 78-82 key is solid however. The wiggle isn't enough for me to hate them, just enough to be annoying. hehe.
Also.. what are the rotors made of? Perhaps I'll try to braze one in myself and re-buff it to remove the fire marks...
Anyways.. once again, great job on these keys!

For those who have a little wiggle room on those keys, (Yeah I'm resolving that matter with the next batch, I wasn't happy either, it was just a mad rush to get them out to you guys), go ahead don't cut them yet. Email me after Jan 7th, when the next batch comes in, and we'll exchange them out. I had to swap out a few for those who emailed me, so the 1st batch went faster than I liked, so we'll get that all sorted out after the second batch arrives.
Wiggles affected the FC keys a bit more . All of the FD keys are all nice and solid.

Hey I had just found your ebay store yesterday and wondered if I was gonna see anything about your key's on here. Well I was just wondering if the new batch is gonna still have the jagged edge on the side of the key where you cut it to fit inside the rotor slot. Im definitely wanting one but that just kinda bothers me just wondering if your gonna clean that up on a belt sander or something in the newer ones.

Got my replacement real quick and in a hurry, thanks guys, I'll ship back the bad ones in the AM i got to the post office today after it closed
I would suggest wal mart for the key cut, they have a machine that they insert the key into like an ignition, it locks it in place and cuts both sides, quick and efficient, no room for user error like on those clamp style key cutters
