Electric, I can understand your cause for concern, but every order on my website gets a package shipment email automatically generated from the shipping program. If you did not, you can contact me directly using our email: Sales@Rotary13B1.com, as this not the proper channel for problems with your order.
Please include your order info, Paypal Transaction ID #, Name and shipping address. Don't worry, we've been around for some time, so we wouldn't run from your order of 50 Spinning Rotor Keychains and 35 key blanks. I hope I overlooked your order!

Btw I didn't use paypal because I had just set it up the day before I won the bids so I just sent a money order. I just sent an email to that address of a copy of the form saying I sent the payment and the shipping address.

i have had one hell of a shitty day!!! crap news at work all day long, get off and come home to find out my keys are here!! but one is messed up 
at no fault to the 13b1 guys of course, i am sure they will help me out with it, just put a great cap on the shitty day, was really looking forward to getting it cut too!!
and of course the messed up one had to be for my car, I bought one as a gift for my father in law that has a 94 r2, that key is perfect... he always has the luck...

Oh crap, that sucks. Could you get a refund on the key so you can get another one, or will they just say, "It wasn't our key, so you're SOL.."

Edit: I emailed customer support via Rotary13B1's website, A replacement blank was sent out 40 minutes after my email.
