Rotor housings out of spec from a to b, c, and d. But what is the cause and effect?

so i have some rotor housings in question they spec 80.12 at point A. and in the 7.85s for b c and d points. i know this is way over the .06 limit and cannot be used.

BUT! what would be the effect if i used them anyways, would the less then clearence cause the side irons to eat the side seals and rotors?
i've built serveral motors with no problems, but this is the first time i've seen housings that look this good, but were out of spec according to the FSM specs.

If memory serves me right, FSM specs are super stringent.

I get the feeling like you are referring to width of the rotor housing? You may have to suspect overheating.

Double check your measurements too. It never hurts. Man, I have remeasured **** so many times and be like "what? this doesn't make any sense!" and behold, I was measuring incorrectly.
