Question Rotor housing solid model

Ok everybody... Here's the deal: I'm doing an engine rebuild and I want to salvage my old rotor housings. The problem is that the rear rotor blew an apex seal and ate into the sheet metal in that housing. What I plan to do is have both housings milled and coated with either an aluminum oxide coating or coated with a detonation gun. There is only one problem; I need a Solid Works or Pro-E model of the rotor housing with proper dimensions. Does anybody here happen to have one that I could use? I really need the assistance.

Thanks in advance.

It would definitely be cheaper just to get a used rotor housing. I see em' in the classified all the time.

Rather than trial and error on your part, why not have JHB do it for you with their CERMET coating. They have a proven, durable method that works.

Aluminum oxide would not work, as it is not hard enough to be durable. The original coating is a variation of chrome.
