rotor housing question

are the s4 n/a and s5 n/a rotor housing the same? I know rotors are different.
are housing interchangable?

the same for TII?

last question is if we can use s4 n/a rotors to go with s5 housing/irons. I know that people use s5 n/a rotors for TII rebuild

thanks

S4 and S5 housings are not the same. For S5 they moved one of the spark plug holes, but I don't remember which atm.

You cannot mix S4 and S5 housings, but you can use two S5 housings on a S4 block or two S4 housings on a S5 block.

This is the same for TII as well, but there are a couple more steps when you try to change the housings from N/A to TII or visa versa.

The na has a baffle like defuser in the exhaust port. The na also doesnt have holes drilled for coolant to flow into the lower intake manifold for the turbo water feed.

thanks for the information. so, I guess that I can use s4 n/a housing and s5 n/a irons to build an engine for s5 n/a car, right? without much problems like swapping s4 n/a block into a s5 n/a car.
