From what I heard rotaries take nos very well but I wouldn't do it myself.

I think there are only a few people with nawwss here and I think they are all NA's.. I think that adding it to a TII is #1 dumb and #2 not necessary.. just get a full exhaust, FCD and you will probably be making what the NOS would add.

Okay people.. NOS is not cool. If anything most real car guys look down on it and you will not get respect regardless of what 2 Fast and Furious shows.

The easiest way for me to tell if someone is a dumbass is if they come up to me and say "Dude sweet car, what kind is it? Does it have naawwwsss?"

No2 is fine on a stock or modified rotary. Just make sure its not overboard (not more than a 75 shot), installed CORRECTLY, AND your engine is healthy. Use it in modoration and you will have no problems.

It's alright to use as long as it's set to be a safe system but personally I wouldn't use in rotary.

Rotarys and Nitrous have no problems with one another. Keep the kit a wet kit, and keep it spinning.

Also, SCathart was running a VERY large shot on his TII w/ good results. He seems to have dissappeared from the site though.

Read this, its very comprehensive and should answer all your questions on nitrous.
All debate should have ended once and for all with Seans info here It answers all the questions:

Yes it can be done. Yes it can be done safely. Whether its cool or not is a personal opinion. Nos is just another means to introduce oxygen into the combustion chamber. Its just a means to an end. Turbocharging and supercharging is a means to the same end. More oxygen. The more oxygen you get, the more fuel you need so you can get a bigger bang. Just don't run too lean or you will be posting threads about the big bang theory in your engine.

I've been seriously considering it lately.
I've read the article on 1300cc.com several times, and I think I'll probably go ahead with it.

It will be most likely a 50 shot (just to be safe, in the beginning) and a wet kit.

I'm not going to go and slap a bunch of NOS stickers on my car... ****, I wont even tell anyone (or "brag") about it unless asked. It's just another mod to me.

AND FOR ******* GOD'S SAKE!!! IT IS NOT NOS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NOS IS A BRAND! It is Nitrous Oxide, or NO2... You dont hear people saying "Yeah, I got ZEX" do you ? NO. GOD I ******* HATE THAT STUPID MOVIE!!!!!!! (You know which one(s)

Odd. Last time I went to the track, and hung out with "real car guys", the guys looked down on the slow cars. I was under the impression that losing was not cool. As well, last time I went to the track, I saw most of the N/A's getting killed with high 14 second runs. Not cool if you ask me.

Or all facial tissues kleenex?

There is way too much incorrect information in this post. It is obvious the majority of you have no experience with nitrous whatsoever.

I currently work with Sean, and his old S5 TII was one of the fastest cars I have ever seen, and his current car is even more sick. No one who ever ran against him ever had any issues with nitrous, possibly because they were so far behind him.

Its funny that anyone here would ever look down upon some kind of advantage. Personally, I tend to look down more upon the loser of a race than the winner.

The new ZEX system is all hype, and Zex is well-known for blowing engines.

Stick with a single fogger 6" in front of the TB, and stick to Wet.

right. Adding in the 2 nitrogen atoms makes it quite a bit more stable.
