Rotary Bullstuff.....HELP!!!

Man once again the bull starts. So here is the problem my timing was off because when i was at a light it wud shut off, so my friend tried to adjust it, and hes the one who did the swap and everything. But then we try to start it and the crap didnt wanna start then we tried the fuses and it was all good.but when trynna start again we heard the MAF start knockin which means its no good..So i know i have to buy a MAF now and im in the process but even still, the engine was fine before and all of a sudden it backfires and fudgin wont start (yes i said fudgin lol)..This is my first rotary so ima need yalls help and cooperation...they also said my plugs barely had any spark....can that be the cause of all of this...either way im buying new spark plugs and MAF but wat else shud i do..oh and on my way home as i was trying to keep the car alive and running with timing off or the MAF wrong as hell the car was misfirng and the whole cat was red as hell.lol. but it was burnin the whole cat off its practically a str8 pipe now...so all in all the i wanna know if the reason the car wont start is cuz of timing, MAF signals, and spark....wat the hell shud i do.i mean we can find the timing and all but even if i replaced MAF and spark plugs and it wouldnt start wat else could be the problem?????

Begin by finding a new mechanic.

Follow that up by checking compression. If compression is good, look for vacuum leaks/cracks in your inlet duct. It's unlikely that your AFM has gone bad all of a sudden. Afterwards, I'd likely restab the CAS as near as possible to stock (You can search for a couple different methods on this, I usually take the cap off when I do it so I can verify that it doesn't get off by a tooth). It probably wouldn't hurt at this point to clean up your grounds as well. Afterwards, attempt to start. If you still stall at intersections, remove and clean your BAC (assuming you've still got it, if not adjust your mechanical idle up to ~750, then open the idle air bypass (the screw on top) so the car idles around 850-900).

Thread title edited. No profanity is allowed in thread titles.

Also besides Rat's great advice, stalling at lights is a classic example of a mis-adjusted TPS.

Anyway, adjust your TPS..Search it on the site, I found the instructions the other day.
