Room fuse blows immediately-wont fire fuel injectors

Here goes: I bought my 87.5 Turbo II in september. It has 110k, and was a victim of a pulsation dampner, or fuel system leak. It lightly burned up the emissions harness, but no serious damage, all wires were able to be seperated and replaced as needed. Since then I have replaced the injector clips, removed all emissions and blocked off all unused orfices. I still have, and have checked, tps, maf, map/boost, air intake temp (little two prong on tb duct), cas, alternator, knock sensor. All unused vacuum lines are plugged off and here is what i have vac for: map/boost, primary injector bleed, brake booster, bov, and fpr (boost variant). I rebuilt the starter, and have a fresh battery. I checked my main fuse and egi fuse, and engine fuse under the dash, all ok-even checked continuity to make sure they work. The engine turns over good, all apex seals are good, (i verified that by removing the exhaust manifold and visually inspecting them with a mirror while hand cranking over the motor, as well as physically felt across them with my finger. Engine gives all six great wooshes, i have been putting 2 stroke in it since the day i got it. I drained the fuel tank, and put in fresh fuel. I have wallboro that works great. NOW FOR THE SHITTY PART-engine turns over good, got spark, got fuel to injectors, (i verified it by removing an injecor and getting fuel to the face), BUT NOT FUEL TO THE ENGINE. Once again, all fuses are good, relay's are good, have 12v at the injectors, and at the resistor, NOW FOR THE REALLY SHITTY PART- my ROOM FUSE blows constantly-did a little research and its the memory constant for the car, ecu, and many other things use it for constant power. My car has no modifications to the stereo, interior, lights, or anything that i know of, i personally pulled the dummy lights looking for the clock to be grounded-not it- tried to look at the stereo to see if anything was hot-nothing. Tach does not move because its attached to the Room Fuse-everything seems to be good, but i'm getting power somewhere i shouldn't and i can't find it. All ideas are welcome, and make fun of me too, because i feel like a loser, (it should drive me to more late hours in the garage). thanks all-adam ps i bought new injectors ( i am assuming they are correct..hmmmmm still doesn't explain Room Fuse)I used the multimeter to check all lightbulbs inside the car, the stereo surround, trans, etc... i shook all the wiring, climbed underneath the dash and checked all connections to the ecu, cpu- i know its something stupid. Is it possble that since the ecu uses the "room fuse" for constant power that it may be fried and causing the room fuse to blow? The car was unmolested, even has stock stereo, never been removed-all wires and connections inside the car are perfect, also pulled the rear-view mirror/sunroof wiring-checked with multi meter-no hidden power up there

The Room fuse does nothing for running the engine, on a stock car.

I'd forget the room fuse and let it stay blown out. I'd buy me a can or two of starter fluid and spray it in the intake. If the car starts, then you do have a fuel injector non firing problem. If it does not start, then it's not a fuel injector problem, its *another* problem.

I'd also pull the small ECU plug off and put a volt meter on pins 3C,E, F and H on the plug side. If you have voltage, I'd be surprised. Bet you don't.

Well, I pulled the ecu and found some fried parts. so for now i'm assuming it is the cause of my problems, thanks for your help.
