Engine shuts off on 90 RX7

Engine shuts off on 90 RX7

The car starts fine but when you shut it off it appears that the alarm kill swtitch kicks in and does not start again. Has anyone experience this problem?

what makes you say it "appears" like the alarm kill switch is on?
