So it's not your drain tubes in the back are clogged, it's actually leaking 1) at the very top where the hardtop meets the windshield 2) hardtop meets the softtop??

Can you tell which seals look worn or flattened when you remove the hardtop??

actually my leak is near the highest part of the window. I found out the leak is not betwwen the window and the seal though. if you sit in the car its between the seal and the two metal rails.. I'll see if I can get a picture and show you. I might have to remove it tomorrow and find out. I bought some black sealer that and it fixed the leaking between the cup and the door...

put it a little simpler......... look at the targa top (the hard part of the top). it is leaking at all four corners, i am changing the doors seals cause one has a tear in it

the dealer ship said $3x.xx for each door seal i haven't asked about the top seals yet (trying to find witch one is cheaper)
