Roll Cage

Anyone ever buy the Jegs roll cage kit?

http://www.jegs.com/webapp/wcs/store...tegoryId=19431

My friend has a 10 point kit lying around and I was going to try and buy it from him or perhaps get it for free. What do you think? Is it cut specifically for the FC? If so, the welding will not be an issue..

Any info would be of great help.

Thanks

Really, if you get it for a good deal, I don't see why it wouldn't be worth the shot to try and fit it. If it doesn't, you could find a way to make it work with the leeway in the piping.

Makes sense..I just can't believe how inexpensive the kits are going for.. The only skepticism I have is the fact that they fit both the FC and FD

Yeah that seems a bit cheesy but if some of the pipes fit inside each other (telescope) then it is possible that they could make a kit that would fit both.

looks like it is all cut rough, just to make it easier to "make your own". becuase you have to do trimming and fitting. at least thats what i got out of the PDF installation file.
