Rocker Panel Question

Ok I was wondering how, if it is possible, to take off the drivers side rocker panel. Thanks.

If you're talking about the "skirts" on the 89/91 TII, they will come off after removing the "fasteners". If you're talking about the normal rockers, they must be cut off. They are part of the body.
