Just go to Auto zone in teh morning and order the Timken bearings and seals. I think for both fronts it cost me about 60. But I warn you now my fellow yankee. You will play hell in removing teh races, mazda wasnt kind enough to give us a place to put a punch in to hammer em out at. But I think there is a thread in teh FAQ or the archives that has instruction son how to drill a pair of slots in the hub that wont damage anythign. I applaud you for I will be undergoing a hub conversion since teh amount of 4lug hubs is next to nil in the boneyards...

No problem man. and just to inform everyone....I checked with mazda on hubs for my 88....they want $600 for A new hub. And to boot...the only place that has them, the last 7 accordign to the us computers, are all in mississippi. But thats not that bad...the tail lights new from them are $440 each for S4's.....makes me wanna bitch slap em for stupidity's sake. But good luck on teh bearings man, wish you the best of luck.

How many bearigns are on the fronts? There's the one under the hub nut that rides on the race that the faq shows you how to remove that I know of, but is there another one in back too?

I honestly didn't think the bearings were that hard.. Just get a dremel with some carbide bits, and cut a slot into the hub. Grab a punch, and a BFH (Big Fuggin' Hammer), and "coerce" the bearings out of their position.
