i need help, my 87 na is idleing at about 2 all the time. and i used turned down the idle rpm screw and it did nothing at first then dropped down to about 1800 and its jsut stuck there. idk what to do to fix this. please help me and thank you.

 

You can start with disconnecting the idle air controller and see if the idle changes at all. If nothing happens its not working correctly.

I'm not to sure about na rx-7's but I had this problem on my TII and I adjusted quite a few things until I got mine to 900 rock solid. little high but thats where I like it. there's a few other tiny screws and adjustments at the throttle body, but again I'm to sure on the na's..start with the IAC..
