ride height

i need help here i have 16 inch stock fd rims i wanna lower my car how much can i lower it and what size tires will clear in the front because i don't think the rear will be a problem

Don't lower anything more than 1".  Lowering the car will induce huge negative camber in the rear, and a rear camber adjust bar is needed to remove all that camber.  More than 1", and you basically cannot adjust all that negative camber out, and you'll be eating tires every month...

Camber doesn't wear tires nearly as fast as toe does. FC's have a fair amount of neg. camber in the rear to begin with, especially with aged springs.

If you drop it like 1.5" and adjust the camber as much as possible, you'd probably be in good shape. Of course, tire rub becomes a big issue with any more than a 1" drop, depending on tire size obviously.
