3rd gen in a 2nd gen lok at pics and give some advice

ok this is for a better lighting system in the car . i have a set of head lights of a third gen rex and i was wanting to install them in my 91 gxl all i want to swap is the lights themselfs . reason why ? third gen headlights are not sealed therefore i could put brighter lights in the car without shelling out big $ and the bulb for the 3 gen is replaced verry easy and in expensive about 30$ max??? but will the healights mount on the 2nd gen?? without to much trouble??????

this is a hit for ricoo5 or anyone near houston that wants to help out trying this
but everyone is welcome to put your 2 cents

non sealed head lights

You can but"Hella" NON sealed replacements for the 87-91 rx7 head lights and use ANY H4 bulb in it... ive also seen generic ones for 30$.... a pair.. but not glass.. plastic... but still NON sealed...and any H4 bulb will fit...

the 3rd gen lights i have are plastic non sealed but the reason i am doing this is also for a different look i had the lights on and walked out a bit to get a panoramic view of it and it looked kind of sleepe eye but without removing any fusses or loosing the function of the open close lights retractor

if you run the 3rd gen lights youll probably have to change the plugs as well...not too difficult good luck
