RHD Conversion - Wiring question

I plan to convert a car here to RHD. The only components I have is:

-dash, without any wiring
-mirror'd gauge surround/wiper/light/signal switches
-rack/subframe
-mirror'd blower motor

Pre-word: Car is not a daily, I have no time limit, I have a lathe, mill, MIG welder, CNC plasma table, and probably the most dangerous- engineering degree. I don't think the mechanical aspect is out of reach at all. I don't plan on having PS/AC/anything that adds complexity

What I've come here for is hopes that someone's done/seen it done this way, without the whole clip & wiring, and that the whole US harness can just flip over, with what needs to be lengthened, be lengthened, etc. I'd also have to confirm/change pinouts for the JDM switches I'll be using.

Thanks!!
