Rewiring The Entire Car......

Anyone know a site or link to finding out the best way to do it. Im planning to gut my 89 turbo and install aluminum dash and floor. (Similar to the 77 Rx-3 in the Super Street Mag. July Issue 2001). The A/C compressor, Air pump, and power steering has already been removed. Like I said in a past thread its my first Rx and I dont know much about Rotaries. Everyone tells me i can make it very quick with very little mods. The engine bay of the car looks rigged like a m/f. wires every where. I also posted that im having prob with starting. Its going to be my project and i need you help.

ill keep you posted on how everything is going. also will have pics in a few.

one question....... why do you need to rewire it to put an aluminum dash in???? by "rigged" do you mean that the previous owner did a lot of splicing???? these arent your average engines and i think you should learn a little more about them before you start throwing in stuff you saw in a magazine....

my $.02

wiring diagram is included in Mazda's repair/service manual. You can download the manual or buy a paper copy.

If the wiring problems are in the engine bay, there's no need to rewire the entire car. That’s just creating a lot of unnecessary work for yourself. You’ll need to buy a factory service manual, as there are no online wiring diagrams for the 89-91. You will need these if it’s as bad as you say.
Why the aluminium dash and floor? Is this a race car? Dash maybe, but the floor?!
